Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support residents and maintain common areas across Colorado properties. The role requires performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety tasks in occupied units while coordinating with teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with a clean safety record and physical stamina for hands-on tasks, ladder work, and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Identify and report issues involving employees, property, or residents to management.
• Timely complete service requests in occupied apartments.
• Perform general maintenance: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain common areas, lighting, and safety standards across properties.
• Perform after-hours on-call maintenance as needed and handle emergencies.
