Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance professional to perform a broad range of building repair tasks across occupied and vacant units. You will lead by example, communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and residents, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on abilities in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep, with overtime and after-hours on-call as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments and prepare vacants for leasing.
• Repair or replace windows, doors, drywall, and cabinets.
• Maintain common areas and exterior lighting.
• Assist with evictions and remove trash in vacant units.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and overtime when needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.
