Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Battlement Mesa, CO. You will lead day-to-day property maintenance, oversee repairs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safe, clean common areas to support leasing activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, plus strong communication and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize resident satisfaction.
