Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bainbridge Midlothian in Midlothian, Virginia. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help maintain curb appeal and safety standards across the property.

This full-time role requires EPA certifications, ability to read plans, and good communication. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, on-call for emergencies, and contribute to resident satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA I and II or Universal Certification is required.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal.
