The Dermot Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Wellington, FL. You will work with the property team to maintain a pristine, safe living environment and respond to service requests, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance and mechanicals.
• Two years’ experience in luxury multi-family properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to Dermot standards and residents' satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, common areas, and exteriors.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and keep records of maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
