Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training to maintain skills.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are completed timely.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and features to minimize liabilities and keep curb appeal.
• Assist with turnkey operations and inventory monitoring.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs.
• Maintain effective preventative maintenance with supervisor.
