Responsibilities include troubleshooting, assisting with supply purchases, and upholding safety standards to maintain leasing appeal and tenant satisfaction. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork at a community site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; fluent in reading/writing English.
• 2+ years in community maintenance or related trade; basic math skills.
• Able to read diagrams/meters and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical training to maintain skills.
• Prioritize and complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal and reduce liability.
• Assist with turnkey operations and supply inventory tracking.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor in budget adherence and safety programs.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Contribute to preventative maintenance programs.
