Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Apartment community maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge or certification preferred.
• Must be able to perform diverse maintenance tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and complete work orders.
• Complete make-readies and ensure vacant units are move-in ready.
