The role reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and requires physical ability, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and proficiency with basic maintenance tasks. This full-time, on-site position supports a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect the property regularly and report safety hazards and repairs.
• Complete maintenance service requests from residents and document them.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventative maintenance and resident requests.
• Follow the community preventive maintenance program regularly.
• Communicate needs for supplies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Report property issues and liabilities with recommendations for solutions.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls per policy.
• Familiar with laws and regulations related to housing and disability accommodations.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
• Report vandalism and unsafe conditions to management.
• Possess ability to substitute for other roles when needed.
