Job summary

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related equipment to keep the facility productive and comfortable.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 5+ years in facility maintenance, strong problem-solving, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in facility/utilities maintenance.
• Experience with PCW chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, RO/DI, motor alignment and low voltage electrical.
• Texas HVAC license a plus.
• Must read mechanical/electrical drawings and be multi-skilled in maintenance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Generate maintenance reports and PM schedules.
• Coordinate with shifts; support startups/shutdowns and upgrades.
• Ensure 5S compliance and safe work environment.
