Responsibilities

Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces.
Repair walls, flooring, and major electrical/plumbing/HVAC components as needed.
Respond to emergencies and maintain safe facility conditions.
Perform weekly preventive maintenance inspections and assist with landscaping.
Assist with custodial tasks and other duties as assigned.
