Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in building repairs or related area preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, furnaces, lighting, HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, and other items.
