Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager in routine and preventative upkeep of all facility equipment. The role requires exposure to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus a strong work ethic and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

High School Education or GED required; some college or college graduate preferred.
2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry.
Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities

Performs duties safely following company rules and policies.
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
Assist in maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment.
Routine HVAC filter cleaning and replacement across facility.
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Complete work orders as assigned.
Develop knowledge of facility equipment and systems.
