Job summary
Green Thumb Industries in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager in routine and preventative upkeep of all facility equipment. The role requires exposure to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus a strong work ethic and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Qualifications
- High School Education or GED required; some college or college graduate preferred.
- 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry.
- Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs duties safely following company rules and policies.
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
- Assist in maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment.
- Routine HVAC filter cleaning and replacement across facility.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Complete work orders as assigned.
- Develop knowledge of facility equipment and systems.
