Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our Las Vegas facility. The role involves assisting the Maintenance Manager with preventative maintenance and routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.

You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work with some collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine and preventative maintenance of facility equipment.
• Perform minor repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks.
• Complete work orders and maintain repair inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory policies.
• Assist in maintaining facility cleanliness and uptime.
