Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Utility Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the facility. You will support Maintenance staff and learn all facets of the program to advance your career, with a hands-on role in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.

The position requires comfort with basic computer use, ladders and scaffolding, and working in a high-humidity, high-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; some college preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction.
• Basic experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Assist in preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance.
• Perform routine HVAC filter cleaning/replacement and basic repairs.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Learn facility systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security.
• Work from ladders or scaffolding; use basic hand tools safely.
