Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to support multiple facilities, maintain and upgrade equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operation. The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.

With 5+ years of experience, you will collaborate with Production support and Engineering teams to keep facilities running efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Familiar with OSHA standards and safety protocols
• Able to perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks
• Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Adjust time clocks and perform fire extinguisher inspection
• Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures across buildings
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Assist with plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations and moves
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance
• Support plant equipment maintenance and logistics
• May service company vehicles as needed
• Contribute to future facility projects and renovations
• Document activities and ensure compliance with safety rules
• Operate equipment and manage grounds; participate in continuous improvement
