Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep of our facility. You will support the Maintenance Manager with routine and preventative maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, and general repairs.

A team player with pride in workmanship and safety consciousness will thrive in this fast-paced environment. You'll work independently or with others, perform work orders, maintain tools and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and construction.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintain equipment inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Support maintenance manager and contribute to a positive work environment.
