Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and client standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and ability to read blueprints and use CMMS for work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints; use CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to service requests for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs for heating and ventilation systems.
• Assist in on-call maintenance as needed.
• Train fellow technicians and provide mentorship.
