The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff development, patient experience, quality initiatives, financial performance, and workflow optimization across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and standards.
• Leads identification and implementation of short- and long-term goals for the practice and ensures achievement.
