Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician or make ready technician.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make ready units to company standards.
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose minor air conditioning and heating failures.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on units.
• Conduct daily pool care and ensure safety in swimming areas.
• Inspect property for safety hazards.
