Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our Goodyear, AZ properties. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. You will work full-time, on-site, and collaborate with a supportive team to keep our communities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills; ability to interact with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on interior/exterior properties.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders and safety inspections.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements; participate in safety meetings.
• Assist in general property inspections and quality control.
