Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking a Service Planner Scheduler to coordinate service and repair work across multiple sites. You’ll plan scope, resources, and timelines, working with project managers, field technicians, customers and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.

You will maintain CMMS/ERP data, support dashboards, and help drive continuous improvements in service templates and documentation while supporting budgeting and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling or related role.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP (P21) or similar.
• Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment and maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-location coordination.
• Able to travel up to 25% across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service and repair programs and part numbers.
• Build and manage detailed work orders with scope, materials, labor.
• Plan service work using sanitary processing equipment knowledge.
• Coordinate technician schedules across multiple locations in the Midwest.
• Support Project Managers by coordinating activities during travel/on-site.
• Review completed work for improvements and assist with templates and documentation.
• Create asset hierarchies, locations, and maintenance schedules in CMMS/ERP.
• Coordinate with procurement for parts and assist quoting/invoicing in ERP.
