The Service Planner Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting service and repair work across Nelson-Jameson’s Service & Repair function, which delivers maintenance, repair, and preventative services to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing facilities. Unlike traditional plant-based roles, this position supports service operations across a multi-site customer base, helping manage work across a variety of locations rather than a single facility.
This role combines scheduling, technical planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service jobs are accurately scoped, properly resourced, and executed efficiently. Working closely with Project Managers, field technicians, customers, and vendors, the Service Planner Scheduler helps drive consistency, improve service delivery, and support the long-term performance of customer equipment and operations.
At Nelson-Jameson, we offer more than just a job; we provide an opportunity to grow and succeed within a family-owned company that values innovation, collaboration, and hard work. You’ll be part of a trusted industry leader, working alongside passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.
