Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Service Planner Scheduler to coordinate service and repair work across our multi-site operations, supporting maintenance for food, beverage, and dairy facilities. You will work with project managers, field technicians, customers, and vendors to ensure accurate scope and efficient execution.

This role blends scheduling, technical planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 25% across regions in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or service coordination.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., P21) or service management software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the U.S. and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service and repair programs with clear scope and parts numbers.
• Build and manage detailed work orders with materials, labor estimates, and documentation.
• Coordinate technician schedules and timelines across multiple locations.
• Support Project Managers by planning work when they are traveling or on-site.
• Create and maintain asset hierarchies and maintenance schedules in CMMS/ERP.
