Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to prepare market-ready apartments, respond to resident service requests, and perform a range of maintenance tasks across our portfolio. You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC (where applicable), perform interior repairs and painting, maintain grounds and common areas, and handle on-call emergencies as required.

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience.
• Able to troubleshoot plumbing/electrical/appliances.
• Able to work any shift, including weekends and after-hours emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Performs maintenance tasks and routine checks.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; handles on-call emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager and attends training.
