Job summary

First National Bank Of Pennsylvania is seeking a Floating Relationship Banker to support Retail operations across market locations. You will handle basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending while driving sales and referrals under assignment, with risk-management and data quality at the core of daily duties.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and the ability to adapt to multiple branches.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to use a PC and banking software.
Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
Sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Input and maintain effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB tools.
Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
Performs routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks per policies.
All employees act as risk managers by adhering to FNB’s risk management program.
