Job summary

Pillar Properties is seeking a Property Support Specialist to act as a versatile, portfolio-wide resource across our Seattle communities. You will rotate through Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Resident Engagement roles, delivering consistent service and brand representation with minimal direction.

The role requires adaptability, effective communication with residents and team members, and the ability to manage diverse tasks, from leasing support to administrative duties and marketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of leasing or property management experience, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Travel between local properties as assigned.
• Provide property coverage across the portfolio and support multiple roles.
• Assist with onboarding and training for operational roles such as Resident Engagement Specialist, Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Leasing Manager.
• Perform administrative audits and portfolio projects related to policies and procedures.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, technology testing, and roll-out.
