Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies seeks a Full-Time Property Manager to float between Arterra Place Apartments in Aurora and Black Feather Apartments in Castle Rock, CO. Candidates manage operations, leasing, and tenant relations, ensuring occupancy and asset value while leading on-site teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating retention programs, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Requires problem-solving skills and data-driven approaches to tenant issues and operations.
• Willingness to travel to attend company gatherings in the local area or other states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high integrity and adherence to policies, procedures and laws.
• Maximizes occupancy and property value while guiding the team and community.
• Manage leasing staff to achieve property goals and monitor marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain records of rent, delinquencies and move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate resident events, communications and retention programs.
• Supervise on-site staff, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure property appearance, make-ready status and service requests are addressed.
• Understand financial goals and operate assets in owners’ best interests.
