Job summary
Avail Property Management, Inc., a leading property management company in the multi-housing industry, has an opening for a full-time Property Manager in Denver, CO. You will oversee all operational and financial aspects of a property under 300 units, ensuring occupancy, budget adherence, and compliance.

Qualifications
- Data entry, filing, answering phones, familiarity with legal aspects/fair housing laws, familiarity with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage property budgets and analyze market conditions.
- Strong customer service and communication with residents, vendors and staff.
- Experience supervising leasing and maintenance staff is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise leasing and maintenance staff and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain property occupancy through effective marketing and resident retention.
- Approve lease applications and administer HUD recertifications, if applicable.
- Evaluate current market conditions and competition.
- Coordinate and lead staff meetings and training.
- Prepare timely financial and occupancy reports.
- Ensure budget compliance and proper purchasing guidelines.
