Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Denver. You will lead onsite team members, manage budgets, ensure rent collection, and maintain compliance with housing laws.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. Onsite operations and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as a leader and team member.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day property operations and team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Leads leasing, resident relations, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Analyzes financial statements and prepares monthly status reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and manages budgets and cash flow.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other laws.
