Job summary

The Caleb Group is currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments and Antrim Village in Newport, Henniker, and Antrim, NH. The role manages 130 affordable housing units serving families, seniors, and people with disabilities, coordinating leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collections, certifications, and inspections, with leadership over maintenance staff and strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 and Yardi experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• COS certification.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reports.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
