Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations of Hassyampa Village and Kachina Place, ensuring regulatory compliance, high occupancy, and resident satisfaction. This full-time role requires on-site presence and mobility between sites.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, address resident concerns, and maintain safety standards while traveling between the two senior apartment communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on‑site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
