Job summary

The Caleb Group in Newport, NH is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments, and Antrim Village. The role manages leasing, marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, evictions, and budget-related tasks for 130 units serving families, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Responsibilities include vendor oversight, maintenance supervision, and ensuring excellent resident relations, timely inspections, and adherence to program

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 and Yardi experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Cos certification.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reports.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Screening and recertifying tenants,

• Turnovers and move-out procedures
• Routine maintenance,
• Supervising maintenance staff,
• Communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues,
