Pegasus is hiring a Property Manager to oversee two Class A communities in Savannah: Heron on the Bluff and Osprey on the Bluff. You will lead a team, drive occupancy and overall property performance, and balance business goals with excellent resident service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management across operations, leasing, and maintenance, with occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential Property Manager.
• Supervisory experience including hiring, training and coaching.
• Familiar with the Savannah market.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, property management software and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive results.
• Create referral-worthy customer experiences and balance team and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential Property Manager required
• Prior supervisory experience, including hiring, team training and coaching, and budget management
• Familiar with the Savannah market
• Strong working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management/accounting software
• Strong understanding of property financials and the ability to effectively balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall results
• Proven experience improving occupancy and property performance, preferably in an underperforming community
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged
