Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Savannah seeks a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team, coach staff, and deliver referral-worthy customer experiences while balancing income and expenses.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential property management, supervisory experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, leasing, rent collection, and property management software such as OneSite; a real estate related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
