Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the property management team to achieve operational and service goals.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, safety, budgeting, and compliance while delivering strong resident relations.
