Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience in residential and apartment maintenance preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of housing, grounds, and common areas daily.
• Review maintenance reports and identify issues across communities.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on maintenance objectives.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect vacants apartments and prepare make-ready checklists.
• Order parts, manage inventory, and coordinate vendors.
• Complete required reports and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
