Responsibilities

• Maintain aesthetic appearance and sanitary conditions of the location.
• Provide repair/maintenance service to apartments and complete work orders.
• Escorts and oversees outside maintenance vendors when needed.
• Lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks as required.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and communicate with management.
