Job summary

Pathstone Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support multiple town properties in the Town of Gaines, NY. The role involves daily upkeep, on-call maintenance, and coordination with the Property Manager to ensure move-in readiness and high tenant satisfaction.

You will inspect units, manage make-readies, and oversee vendors to keep facilities safe and well-maintained. Strong communication and basic IT skills are required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Carpentry, painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic HVAC experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential and apartment maintenance including on-call experience preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Facilities Maintenance with multiple sites preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
• Customer service experience, such as retail or hospitality, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews weekly/monthly maintenance reports to identify issues.
• Analyses and makes recommendations to senior management for changes in reporting.
• Inspects rehabilitation and construction for maintenance feasibility and budgets.
• Performs minor and routine maintenance/repair promptly and professionally.
• Coordinates maintenance objectives with the Property Manager.
• Documents work performed on service requests using mobile maintenance tech.
• Ensures all service requests are completed daily and followed up for satisfaction.
• Prevents health and safety risks on the property and ensures equipment is safe.
