Qualifications

• Active clinical credential required: CMA/RMA, LPN, RN, or PA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Administration or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of specified work experience in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, access, and workflow integration.
• Supervise CMAs, PSRs; onboarding at Brandywine site.
• Develop SOPs and standardize processes to improve throughput.
• Manage infection control, regulatory readiness, grant programs.
