Regional One Health is seeking a Practice Manager II for Harbor of Health and Primary Care Specialists satellite clinics in Memphis, TN. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration/management or related field is required.
• Master's degree in business administration, management, healthcare management, or related field is preferred.
• MGMA or ACHE certifications are preferred.
• Additional certifications based on practice/clinic assignment are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational issues and provide strategic leadership across the management team.
• Hire, orient, appraise and develop staff within the practice.
• Ensure physician practices perform at or above budgeted levels and provide monthly financial analyses.
• Coordinate credentialing with Medical Staff and ensure regulatory readiness and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree In HealthCare Administration/Management or related area

Master's Degree In business administration, management, health care management, or related field

MGMA Preferred

ACHE Preferred
