Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare Administration/Management or related area
• Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field (Preferred)
• Experience: At least 4 years progressive healthcare experience in a medically related practice, operation or business unit (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience leadership experience (Preferred)
• Experience: At least 1 year experience; additional experience based on assigned medical clinics/practices (Required)

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage day-to-day operational issues and provide strategic leadership to the management team while maintaining accountability.
• Manage performance of all staff within the practice; hire, orient, appraise and develop new staff.
• Ensure physician practices perform at or above budgeted levels and provide monthly financial analyses to staff and senior management.
• Utilize report metrics to educate providers on key operational factors and advise on performance adjustments.
• Maintain monitoring tools for account receivable and billing issues; ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff/Credentialing to ensure physicians/providers are fully credentialed.
• Represent the practice at meetings and conferences.
