J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager to lead cross-site productivity initiatives, deploy the OPEX strategy, coach teams and manage projects across operations, maintenance and plant leadership.

You will establish key metrics, apply Lean Six Sigma tools, and drive cost, quality and throughput improvements while coordinating with EHS, quality, delivery and capacity goals across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of industry experience preferably in Operations, Manufacturing or Process Improvements.
• Past experience as Process or Production Engineer is a plus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead site productivity improvement plans and OPEX strategy across multi-site production departments.
• Ensure appropriate key metrics are in place at all sites.
• Mentor multi-site resources to drive productivity and culture change.
• Use Lean Six Sigma tools and problem solving in daily operations.
• Integrate new technology into productivity improvement plans and work with engineering/capital coordinators on investments.
• Standardize multi-site processes to reduce waste, variability and errors.
• Collaborate with multi-site manager and local dealership on strategy deployment and capacity management.
• Support productivity initiatives across the network of Huber plants.
