Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a hands-on Multi-site Operations Manager to provide senior leadership across three manufacturing facilities and roughly 150–170 production employees. This is a profitable, well-run operation with strong customer relationships and a workforce ready for the next stage of leadership development.

You will report to the President, lead Production Managers across day, night, and weekend shifts, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while

Qualifications

Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.
Background in metal fabrication or related durable goods manufacturing.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Experience with manager-development.

Responsibilities

Provide senior operational leadership across three manufacturing facilities.
Lead Production Managers across day, night and weekend operations.
Oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing and labor efficiency.
Drive cost control and continuous improvement.
Support manager-development initiatives and leadership presence.
