Job summary

GRN Hudson (Global Recruiters Network) is seeking a dynamic Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead operations in the Central Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of plant management experience.

Strong emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, managerial or related field.
• 5+ years of Plant Management and Operations experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience such as Six Sigma or Kaizen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning, and assist in directing manufacturing activities, personnel, and projects.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies to meet plant and company goals.
• Develop programs and strategies to optimize operations and increase production.
• Work with Continuous Improvement team to carry out lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with sales and product development to capitalize on market needs.
• Create Operating and Capital Budgets based on current and future demand.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure safety rules to prevent injuries.
