Catena Solutions seeks a Plant Director to lead manufacturing operations across multiple facilities in Minnesota. You will drive safety, quality, and world-class performance while building high-performing teams and a culture of accountability.

Lead daily management systems, apply TPM and Lean strategies, and use data to uncover opportunities and execute corrective actions for improved site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of plant leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Experience in co-manufacturing relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple facilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Develop and enforce policies for world-class safety culture and operational excellence.
• Lead daily management systems focusing on OEE, schedule attainment, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement via MES, TPM and Lean manufacturing strategies.
• Use data to identify losses, implement corrective actions, and track performance.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure procedures and standards are consistently followed and improved.
