Job summary

Great Grins for Kids, a pediatric dental practice serving Oregon City and Portland, seeks a Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations across locations. You will lead a 16+ staff team, coordinate care with three doctors, and drive performance through systems, AI integrations, and KPI monitoring.

The role emphasizes leadership, HR compliance, and strategic growth within a growing multi-location practice with a strong patient focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Dental Practice Manager.
• Experience managing a large multi-doctor practice.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience integrating AI platforms in healthcare/business setting.
• Willingness to travel between Oregon City and Portland locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for both locations.
• Lead and develop a team of 16+ staff.
• Coordinate workflows across 3 doctors to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, and scheduling.
• Manage staff performance, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Implement and manage AI-driven platforms and technology integrations.
• Maintain Open Dental and other practice management systems.
• Oversee patient experience and service quality.
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives.
