Great Grins for Kids in Oregon is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. This leadership role requires strong operational, team management, and strategic skills to support growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large dental practices with multiple providers, implementing systems, and driving performance while ensuring excellent patient care.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-location dental practice.
• Experience with AI platforms in healthcare settings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workflows across 3 doctors to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practice.
• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans from initial consultation through to completion.
• Ensure that patients fully understand their treatment options and related procedures.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Handle financial arrangements, including discussing treatment costs and payment options with patients.
• Maintain and optimize practice management systems, including Open Dental.
• Oversee patient experience, ensuring high standards of care and service.
