Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of operational experience, dental preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, or commensurate work experience.
• Proven track record of driving top and bottom-line growth and expanding production and business performance.
• Experience managing teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for growth.
• Provide development opportunities for team members.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Engage with executive leaders to align operational goals.
• Partner with doctors and field operations to diagnose issues and develop action plans.
• Implement repeatable management processes to drive growth.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and organization.
• Maintain open communication and drive informed decision-making.
• Advocate for needed resources and support.
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members.
• Advise and train staff on operational policies.
• Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Track KPIs for the office, including patient experience, and implement improvements.
• Identify and support growth initiatives while managing controllable costs.
