Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) Float to provide front office coverage across multiple practice locations. You will travel between sites to ensure seamless patient experiences and support front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling, registrations, and processing payments, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows-based office applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to multiple practice locations required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general information.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out functions.
• Schedule appointments and requested testing.
• Enter and track referrals.
• Verify and update patient demographic and registration information.
• Collect and process co-pays and daily payment batches accurately.
• Scan and index documentation into the EMR.
• Provide coverage for multiple practice locations, including weekend and holiday rotations.
• Support Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives and other special projects.
